✦ I bought my ticket—now what?
Show your receipt when you arrive—printed or on your phone. You’ll get a wristband and be ready to explore!
 
✦ I bought membership Sunday morning—now what?
Thank you! Show your receipt when you arrive—printed or on your phone.
 
✦ Can I buy tickets day-of?
Yes—at Duncan Garden and Jupiter Inlet District (cash or online).
No ticket sales at the Lighthouse, so plan ahead!
 
✦ Member + non-member?
If your partner isn’t included in your membership, they’ll need to purchase a ticket.
 
✦ Member of a neighboring chapter?
RSVP by Thursday, April 9, 2026 to claim your complimentary ticket. (That gives us time to confirm membership!)
 
✦ Debating purchasing a ticket or membership?
Membership is a great option. It supports our work and gets you perks like access to field trips and our fall garden tour, and also grants you discounts on our summer workshops, conferences, and other special events.
 
✦ Where do I start?
Anywhere!
Suggested route: Duncan → Jupiter Inlet → Lighthouse
Got kids? Start at the Lighthouse. There's a lot to explore!
Come anytime between 11 AM–3 PM.
 
✦ Parking?
Duncan: Street parking only — please stay off the grass, and be mindful of the neighbors.
Other stops: Plenty of FREE parking in the lots.
 
✦ Restrooms?
Available at Jupiter Inlet District & Lighthouse.
No restroom at the Duncan garden.
 
✦ Kid-friendly?
Yes! Kids under 13 are free — we'll have some goodies for them!
No alcohol.
 
✦ Where's the plant giveaway?
That's a surprise, silly!
 
✦ Need help with cost or bringing a group?
Send us an email—we’d love to help.
 
✦ Rain or shine?
The tour happens rain or shine—just dress for the weather!
 
✦ Refunds?
As a nonprofit fundraiser, all ticket sales are non-refundable. Thank you for supporting our mission.
